While many users are successful using Bill Flash, there are two factors that can cause the batch to fail. They are:1)Missing Procedure description and
2)& sign contained in the file.
In a future release, we are going to address these issues but for now, test by selecting just one or two patient statements to see the process works and then review all statements for the items listed above, make corrections and try sending them again.

The error message is coming from BillFlash. You'll need to contact them and ask them to look at the file. Just like last time, they will likely have an analysis of what they don't like in the file.Send the file again and then call them to have someone look at the file. Obviously, we haven't changed anything on our side so it might be a change they've made on their side or some "new" invalid field or data type that has never been sent.
